A law-firm product and a public legal guide, built as one system.

Serbian law firms run their dockets in a desktop tool built for a different decade, and the deadlines that matter live in someone’s memory. AdvokatX is the replacement: clients, cases, a per-case journal of hearings, mail and tasks, a firm-wide deadline calendar, and billing that speaks the Advokatska tarifa as well as hourly rates. Multi-tenant from day one, on Laravel, Inertia and Vue, with a public price and a 14-day trial that needs no card.

Next to the product sits a free legal portal, in Serbian and English: what to do in a given situation, what it costs and which deadline applies, written in plain language and reviewed by a licensed lawyer before it publishes. Two calculators - the attorney-fee tariff and procedural deadlines - answer the highest-volume questions directly.

The portal is the marketing. It earns the searches a software page never could, and every guide links to the tool that solves the problem it describes. It launched in September 2026 with 162 pages across both languages. The search archive for it starts the same month, so there are no ranking claims here yet - they will be added when they are measured.

I designed the system, built both halves and run the platform. The legal substance is not mine and is not presented as such: it is written and approved by a lawyer, a rule the codebase enforces rather than a promise.
