Two months, no budget, no brief - and a thousand people got medicine.

In spring 2020 Belgrade locked down, and the people worst affected were the ones least able to ask for help: elderly and isolating residents who could not get to a pharmacy or a shop. The city stood up a crisis headquarters and needed software that did not exist yet.

My team and I volunteered and built both halves of it. The public-facing site - Ostani kod kuće, "stay at home" - let residents and their families request medicine, food and essentials. The back office let the crisis staff triage those requests, assign them to volunteers and track them to completion in real time, in Vue.js, Vuetify and Socket.IO, because dispatch has to be live or it is just a spreadsheet.

It went from idea to running system in about two months, under a deadline nobody chose, and it reached over a thousand people. Nobody was paid for any of it.

It is on this page because it is the clearest evidence of the thing I actually sell: taking a problem nobody has specified and turning it into a working product fast, when it matters. This one was not solo work, and it should not be read as such - but the front end was mine, and so was getting it from idea to something people could use.
